AIM Initiative

Introduce an innovative tool to help those affected by neglected tropical diseases

Contribution

Kathleen and Susan partnered on this project for American Leprosy Missions. Having worked with the organization previously, Kathleen was asked to put together a team that could help name and launch this new initiative, now called AIM (www.aiminitiative.com). We worked closely with the client’s internal team to brand, position, and produce marketing materials for a global health event where the initiative was unveiled—in just a few months.

Results

Working on a tight deadline, we were tasked to come up with a name, corporate identity, initial messaging, and marketing materials—all in time for a major industry event several months after kickoff. Our work centered on the development of a baseline website which is the initiative’s main communication vehicle, along with one sheets and PowerPoints that are used to show donors, partners, and in-country Ministries of Health AIM’s vision, potential, and progress in mapping and integrated care planning on a country-by-country basis.
