Launch brand and meet evolving organizational needs
Contribution
Most of the Crainium team members worked with FaithBridge (www.faithbridgefostercare.org) during its proof of concept and first 10 years. Tracy was part of the team that worked on its initial branding, naming, and positioning. Kimberly made a tremendous impact as marketing manager. Kathleen designed fundraising appeals. Karen was essential in the delivery of consulting and market research assignments. And over an eight-year span, Susan served in a variety of roles—both as a consultant and a full-time associate, working to raise awareness, provide market and operational insight, manage key industry relationships, build teams, and position the organization for growth.

Results
We watched and helped FaithBridge grow from serving a handful of churches and foster families to one of Georgia’s largest foster care agencies—and a national thought leader. Together with the rest of the FaithBridge team, we assisted in the development of a trademarked, integrated service delivery model called the Community of Care® that leverages a faith-based approach to foster care. Our work centered on the communication of FaithBridge’s distinct model, raising awareness of foster care needs, developing new services and strategies, and monitoring and measuring key performance indicators.
